I am interested in moving to calgary to live permantly?

I am currently living in brampton, ontario. I am interested in moving to calgary to live permantly and start fresh. I am a fashion designer i currently have a small female’s line in the works and i would really like to expand in this field. I also work at a contact center for a bank and would like to transfer from locations. I just want to know if calgary is the right city to move based on what i have goin on in my life right now. I don’t want to be bored and don’t want to end up moving back to brampton. I just hear calgary has alot of jobs in the fashion industry and it’s a nice place to live. I need to know the hottest area to move to in calgary, i will need access to malls, clubs, stuff like that. Maybe if anyone knows of a site i can get more info on condo’s, houses, etc before i make my move would be great as well.

From the sounds of it Kensington might be a great place for you. Heart of the city where a lot is going on. However, the prices there are very expensive.
