Which fashion illustration book is better?

I was recommended two books on fashion illustration but having a hard time deciding.

1.Illustrating Fashion: Concept To Creation by Steven Stipelman
2.Fashion Illustration for Designers by Kathryn Hagen-Kelly

which one is better and why?

Neither.

This book includes how to draw body and in good form, explains different types of fashion, and drawing techniques are amazzing.
