3,500 euros enough for two weeks in Europe?

Hi. I am traveling to France (Paris, Cote d’Azur, maybe Lyon), Amsterdam, and Italy(Venice, Florence, Rome, Capri) over the course of two weeks and was wondering if 3,500 euros will be enough spending money. I do plan on doing a little bit of shopping in each place I go(mostly trinkets, souvenirs, a few fashion items) but don’t mind skimming back on meals, etc. Also someone could recommend some not so touristy things to see in these places; things off the beaten path. Thanks!
all hotel accomodations will be taken care of before we leave. the 3,500 is strictly spending money
I want to go from Paris spend no more than a day in Amsterdam, to the south of france, to the aforementioned places in italy. I am taking the train to see europe as we go, and all travel accomodations (rail pass, hotel, etc) are being paid for before i get anywhere near europe. I just wanna know if 3500 euros is enough for spending money, and if not how much would you recommend? Thank you.

Yes, though you have to be careful to stay at moderate hotels. Most of the places you plan to visit are very expensive and hotels in the center can be outrageously priced.
