French Toast??

I need some good quick recipes for some good old fashioned French Toast! I have made it before but it has become mushy on the inside usually! I need som help!!

Well, maybe I can help some. It’s better to use day old bread and don’t let it sit and soak, just dunk in your egg that’s been seasoned with vanilla and cinnamon and a little salt. Fry it in a little oil or oil and butter mixture until nice and brown on one side and flip. No need to cook too long, just until brown on the other side.
