Any good back to school fashion tips/ideas/advice for me??? HELP PLEASE?!?

I’m trying to make sure that I end up with clothes that I really like and that flatter my figure. My style is a mix of goth and girly. I can’t post any pics, but I can tell you what I look like if that helps.
Age: 13
Hair: Very short brown hair (my haircut looks a lot like Rihanna’s)
Height: 5’5″
Measurements: 34-26-34

Any fashion tips? Any advice/ideas on what I should wear?
