Is it ok to put a little girl in a sleeveless dress in winter?

There’s this little girl I babysit, and I take her to church with me a lot. We found (at goodwill) an adorable little sailor dress for her. And it’s from ITALY! It fits her perfect, however, it’s sleeveless. She’ll be wearing a coat until she gets inside, and it’s usually pretty warm inside the church. So my question is: Is it ok for her to wear this dress to church, or is there some kids fashion rule against it?

A sleevless shirt would not look good in a Church. I would recommend that you put a long sleave jacket on her that matches the dress.
