what classes would I take for the major? What jobs after college? What do the jobs do?

The classes you would take are detailed in the college course catalog.
The jobs are likely in the realm of turning accepted designs into salable merchandise. I would expect that you would study that various working materials, assembly lines, and management balances for runs of various sizes.

Still, why not contact the college and ask someone in the department about this. If it sounds interesting to you (and vice versa), you could have a particular faculty member asking for your admission, and you’d know who your academic advisor would be from day one.
