what to wear with a high waisted pencil skirt?

i ordered a black pencil skirt that falls just below my knees i need a little fashion help like what kinda top /hose/ and heel’s i wanna look nice for a job interview. thank you

I love pencil skirts, here’s an idea for a whole outfit.
Try Dolce & Gabbana or Calvin Klein’s men blouse cut for woman. It’s a really good, crisp cut with a good collar so it looks really professional and at the same time clean and looks like you’ve put alot of time into it.
Wear high heels for a boost of confidence and it’ll appear to other people that you look professional, try black peeptoe high heels with either black panty hose or just plain legs. Don’t try to create a nude illusion of panty hose because obviously it’ll show and the colour will just look extra.
