How can I market myself and become famous?

I have to admit your portfolio is strong, I like the fact that your images arent so glossed over or gaudy like LaChappelle, and how they have somewhat of a fine art twist to it, I especially like the image that you shot with what looks like a Holga camera, really captures the mood of the forrest. I think where your portfolio could use some work is perhaps a single body of work of at least 10 images or more. I like how you show your diversity but sometimes clients like to see how you can accomplish a set of images for one single project.
Anyhow, have you done any assiting work? If not I would suggest finding an assistant position with a fashion photographer, learn how the business works, how to work with art directors,manage budgets, how to approach and build your clientel etc. If you are living in the New York area try photoassistants.net as there are lots of jobs in that area,and to be honest is the only place to go to be seen in the fashion world.
